Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help, please review our policy below before submitting a return request.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, email us at atlyarchive@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order once your refund is processed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased using store credit or discount codes
  • Custom or limited products (unless defective)

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

SHIPPING & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • You must contact us via email regarding your order
  • Once the item is received back, we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping fee
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund
  • Original shipping fees, duties, and customs charges are non-refundable

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided items meet our return eligibility conditions.
