Please note that all items are made to order. As a growing brand, we begin production after each order is placed — this helps us maintain quality and reduce waste.
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Once your order is placed, we begin production.
Production usually takes 2–3 weeks before your order is ready to ship.
You’ll receive an email update once your item has been produced and is ready to ship.
SHIPPING TIME
U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days after production.
International Orders: 7–21 business days after production (depending on location and customs).
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
TOTAL ESTMATED DELIVERY TIME
From the time you place your order to when it arrives:
U.S. Orders: Approximately 1–2 weeks total
International Orders: Approximately 3–5 weeks total

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
All tracking will be available once the item arrives in the destination country! Once the item arrives we will be able to update you with the tracking number.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE COMPLETED?
We typically process returns/exchanges within 48 hours upon receiving your package.

WHY ISN’T THIS PRODUCT AVAILABLE TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Due to our licensing agreements, some of our licensed products are limited to select countries.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship to over 50 countries!
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Shipping times vary depending on your country of residence and the shipping method you select.
WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
Shipping isn't free, and the customs tax on international shipments are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the country.
